Hi, I'm toying with the idea to start a Blind Galaxy game which incorporates a "quest" which is to be solved. I.e. the players get a task, and the player who solve it first win the game. If looked at it this way, all galaxy games are Galaxy Quest games with the quest "eradicate all others" ;-) What I had in mind, though, are different quests like "conquer system X", "destroy ship Y", "reach 20'000 POP", "settle and hold system Z", "conquer 3 home worlds", "reach cargotech 10", etc. To test the acceptance, I thought of a "conquer system 0" game. This sounds easy, yet, well, you know me - and those who don't may think their part... ;-) If you want to participate in the galaxy game, please tell me (bs@myrnek.de). Note though that this will be a *BLIND* game. Deadline is the 2000/12/1, first turn will be 1 week later, most likely 1/week. Партия обрела жутковатое название "Ash"("Зола"), условия победы, расписание, что-то вроде сюжета и главного злодея (плачьте мальчики-компьютеры). :-) Hello, dear players-to-be, this serves as a confirmation that you're known to me that you want to play. as it looks now, Ash will be a small game, where not too many races will compete in the destruction of Pritmon. Pritmon = peaceful race in the middle of nowhere, a race which sits on a fabulous system, where it sits and constructs a device that will transform all matter in this galaxy to energy to be closer to their gods - which is, of course an effect that would be detrimental to the wellbeing of your races. The turn 50 has an enormously religious meaning to Pritmon, so it is to be expected that they have to be destroyed before or on turn 50. How does a race win this scenario? Case 1) the easy one: One race attacks Pritmon and destroys the system and the fleets around it. This race has won and gets all Victory points. Case 2) another easy one: noone manages to destroy the forces and the system of Pritmon before or on turn 50. Noone gets any VP. Default) On the turn that Pritmon loses all ships and it's system, every race that has ship(s) there AFTER the battle has won. Number of VP is # of players (including Pritmon) which are equally divided by the number of players who have won. После чего последние дополнения с параметрами картогенератора. Have fun, and bomb the Pritmon early enough, Bernhard Потом был старт и игра понеслась. Карта чем-то напоминает кластерную Саргоновскую. С одной поправочкой. Планет с size > 1000 нет. Собственно тысячники тоже - только ХВ. Чужие ХВ, естественно. Остальные мягко говоря гораздо мельче. :-) Хотя кластера ними забиты щедро. В моем, к примеру, их 21 штука. Вот они по убыванию: HW, 966, 469, 302, 274,... Круто? :-))) Это только начало. Ну а продолжение, бог даст, будет позже.
